I read a few months ago that the zend engine was changing its license to a BSD-style license. But I have heard nothing about it since and the license file still states that it is released under the QPL. So my question is when will this change take place. I know some of some resistance to using PHP until this change takes place. Has a specific license been chosen? Wouldn't it be simplest to just release it under the PHP License.
