I have my own compile available at www.caraveo.com/fastcgi/php.zip No, it's not anything to do with fastcgi, I just threw it there as it was a handy location. It's not realy tested out, other than patches for security fixes are included. It doesn't include any additional modules, though the 4.1.1 modules should work with it. If someone needs a quick fix before a compile gets up on php.net, go ahead and download it (at you're own risk, I assume no liabilities).
