Bug description: PHP3 exits with PostgreSQL
On PHP3 3.0.10 and 3.0.11, PHP exits (without flushing its output buffer) when the function
pg_Exec() of a previously opened database connection is executed. It does NOT happen on php-3.0.9.
Other modules compiled in my test platform: MySQL, GD
