phpinfo()
displays PHP Version 4.2.0rc1and '/d2/usr2/local/php/lib' but there is no php.ini file in
that directory.
The only php.ini is in '/etc/php.ini' but I'm not if it uses that one.
Is that a bug with the release candidate?
