I think if Zend/PHP can support unsigned int/long, it
would be nicer.
Real fix for this would be unsinged type support in
Zend/PHP. It's not likely Zend/PHP supports unsigned
type anytime soon, if it'll be supported, though.
Is unsigned type support discussed?
