This file replacement fixes compilation issues, and tests fine.
(sorry, got too lazy to make a diff, hell, it's almost 1am) ...
just replace
sapi/apache2filter/sapi_apache2.c
with that attached file, and --with-apxs2 will compile fine!
sorry if someone else has already done this.
