GD 1.3 and TTF function

Hi,
I have a small problem with GD and TTF since PHP3.0.x (with x=small), and I
am wondering if I am the only one. gdttf.c contains #if HAVE_LIBGD13 but the
TTF functions only work (for me) when I change it to #if !HAVE_LIBGD13.
Looks like the check for the GD version is wrong, but it could also be an
error on my RedHat 5.x and 6.0 systems. (It IS version 1.3, and HAVE_LIBGD13
IS defined)
