I am running into problems with exec() allocating a fixed buffer size for
each array element that is returned. As such I am considering modifying it
so that really sticks an entire line into each array value, not just the
first 4095 bytes.
What, outside of _Exec() do I have the potential to mess up by making this
change? Was there a special reason for deciding that EXEC_INPUT_BUF should
be 4096 other than thinking that it was big enough?
In case it matters, this would be my first contribution to PHP3
development.
Thanks much,
Mike
