Submit gdImageColorResolve() to GD?

Hey all. I wanted to send Tom Boutell a copy of this code, for inclusion in GD itself. Would that be allowed? I'm not sure if there might be any conflict between PHP's and GD's licenses/etc. I'm working on trying to integrate betters fonts into GD itself. (GD2 will support type1 fonts and true type fonts, but only from submitted code, he hasn't done it himself.
