Bug Type: ODBC related

Comments:
There are really some "issues" with the openlink drivers and
php/OPDBC.
Some of them should be gone as of PHP 3.0.1x, since I decided to
leave out some "extended" functionality related to cursors.
odbc_num_rows() is only gives a count for DML statements
("affected rows"), very few drivers support a rowcount for
SELECT.
So please try a newer PHP version and report the remaining
bugs.
