What is the use of all these different API numbers:
PHP_VERSION_API
ZEND_EXTENSION_API_NO
ZEND_MODULE_API_NO
The last two define different API numbers for Zend extensions
and regular PHP extensions..why?
When should PHP_VERSION_API be used?
