run-tests.php

I'm not sure who's changes but current run-tests script has some problems. It should use sapi/cli/php. (Unless someone is fixed problem with sapi/cgi/php) No need to use TEST_PHP_EXECUTABLE, since it's enough to test with current build. I can understand the idea, but it does not make sense that running tests with old executables. Test scsripts ususally have tests for new feature/function -> test result is bogus with older executables. Finally, Current run-tests.php does not work at all under my Linux and dies with "Cannot open file ''!" dirname() or run-tests.php must be broken. We need stable test system for better quality... Develpers will not going to run test scripts before commit if it does not work... -- Yasuo Ohgaki
