ticks - broken in win32?

Can anyone else reproduce this?

function tickit()
{
$GLOBALS["tick"]++;
}
register_tick_function("tickit");
declare(ticks=2) {
$a = 1;
$b = 2;
$c = 3;
}
?>
I get a segfault in php_tick_iterator on the line where
it makes the function call. I'm not sure whats going wrong
here.
