PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: Using ./configure with pdflib2.0 doesn't work: see below
The configure script look for PDF_open that is not in pdflib 2.0 anymore
I just substituted PDF_open_file in it, but this will probably
break pdflib 0.6 support.
