And after all, apache 2 was labeled experimental....I think that's a choice between, labeling a horde of reports bogus/dupes, vs. an announcement on the php.net site, along the lines: "Apache 2 release The new 2.0.39 release, dealing among other things, with the security issue as announced at June 17, will break some php installations, which compiled succesfully with earlier versions. The PHP Group kindly requests that you do not post bug reports about this issue, as it is known. Further more we like to remind you, that Apache2 support is STILL marked as EXPERIMENTAL and therefore not recommended for use in production environments." Or if you want feedback on the issues, provide a link to 1 bugreport, where all these issues for various platforms can be reported.
