Bug description: No update on FTP-Files possible
I tryied to overwrite a file via fopen(ftp://user:password@host....,"w").
If the file does not exists, the file-functions properly create and write as I expected. But when I
try to re-open the same file and overwrite it, php3 says "file exists" and quits.
I've got all rights (777) on the destination host, so there where no errors via ws_ftp or
telnet or ftp...
php-version: 3.011 + apache
