That's how it is in PHP 4.2.1, and it's buggy: The mcal library is linked
to the main PHP binary (e.g. libphp4.so) and not the the extension
(mcal.so).
Maybe there is a bug in PHP_ADD_LIBRARY_WITH_PATH?
