Developing with PHP and the dev-list

In the last time there were many mails from users that wanted to know something about PHP usage and such. All those mails were answered by a mail saying that this list is for develoging of and not with PHP. Perhaps the way to get "ON" this list must be chaged. I would appriciate a way in which the user first gets a mail in which he is informed about the difference of the two lists and in which he has two links for both lists. And only if he uses those links he will get a mail to reply to get "ON" this list. As a developer this second mail would not keep me off from this list. Perhaps there is someone from the server team who can do this if more subscribers of this list are nerved by those mails. Besides: If i had a question about some specific PHP problem i would find it hard to decide whether to use dev or general list just by reading the small descriptions.... regards marcus
