I believe that the following three patches should be included in 4.2.3:
- etc/com/conversion.c, version 1.46 to fix bug #14353

- main/sapi.c, version 1.130 to fix bug #16458

My understanding of the CVS versions is that all of these files include
only bug fixes since their 4.2.1 version.
