After discussions with Sam, we've decided that a central place where header and body
information will be defined will greatly reduce maintenance costs. This will allow
us to pull in style sheets and set global document colors from a single location. It
is likely we will be changing the way we pull fonts in at least a few times in the
next few weeks.
This code should be merged in as we work on files, it is not necessary to do it all
today; I'll take care of it early next week.
