Running the latest Windows CVS checkout, I get an interesting problem with
the php_error_docref output.
It seems to cut off the first letter of messages, ala:
etwork.php) [<a href='http://www.php.net/function.main'> Blah
blah blah
blah.
Might be good to fix that.
