Never compare floats.
And your apache/mod_ssl install is vulnerable.
Consider upgrading apache/openssl/modssl ASAP.

Subject: [PHP-DEV] Serious Bug?
OK, I made a bug report the other day, but haven't seen/heard anything
about it, so I'm posting this. I looked around and couldn't find any
existing bug, but there's a lot to dig through counting the lists and
stuff, but this bug seemed pretty major to me, and it's reproducible on
a number of systems here.
here's the code:
http://www.umci.com/testcode.phps
and here's the output on our system:
http://www.umci.com/testcode.phtml
I'm sorry for posting a bug to the mailing list, but something so
fundamental could be screwing up a lot of people's code.
