there's lxr if you need to search it (http://lxr.php.net) or you could
just download it to your box following the instructions on
http://www.php.net/anoncvs.php or if you don't
have the means to check
out from CVS you could just download the source for the latest release
from the www.php.net downloads page.
If you're asking *how to read it* ... hrmmm....
