Hi,
I want to compile PHP 4.2.3 on Windows 2000 but I get
the following errors:
php_fopen_wrapper.c
..\main\php_network.h(28) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'arpa/inet.h': No such file or directory
VC++ 6.0 SP5
I get this also with php4-200210030600
