rotation function for bundled gd

Hello, Here is a 1st shot to adding rotations function to the bundled gd : http://www.pearfr.org/phpgd/ I worked only on gd sources, I currently do not have enough time to go in php sources ;), I can try to do it during the next weekend. I have to fix the background color for unconvered zones, but seems to work here (linux), considere it as alpha ;-). If there s still a need to this kind of functions, I ll continue to work on it. hth pa
