Bug description: getParameters() changed from php3
ext/informix/ifx.ec :
PHP3 allowed one to call getParameters(..) with an argument count and a
number of arguments less than the actual number of arguments provided to a PHP_FUNCTION.
PHP4 insists on the correct argument count and the correct number of arguments, otherwise you get
garbage in at least the last argument.
No problem really, I adapted ifx.ec to the new behaviour, but I don't know if the change is
intentional.
