Description: Crash when running PHP4.0
I have just installed dcom95.exe from the Microsoft Site.
It seems to have fixed the problem.

OLE32.dll must be a file that get upgraded by IE4.0 and up.
Just thought I'd let you know so you can put that in your setup for Win32 users.
