It seems the changes to make mbstring no longer a default
module were a little bit unsophisticated ...
mbstring is not included in default build but HAVE_MBSTING
is defined. Therefor exif does not compile any longer. And there
are problems in mbstring itself. See: http://snaps.php.net/win32/compile.log
Also there is aproblem with the time display in the win32 directory
of the snaps server.
