Bug description: two mains defined while linking apache
I could not link Apache 1.3.6 httpd as two mains were undefined. Looking at acconfig.h, showed
that CGI_BINARY was not defined properly. This was presumably because APACHE was not defined
correctly.
I hand edited the file to set APACHE to a 1, and then built httpd. But, it still won't
recognize any <? syntax.
Do you have patches or work-arounds?

Cal Page
