Handling fatal and parse errors (just a link :)

Hi, since we are not going to patch PHP to support redirection on fatal errors or the 500 error code, here is a link to the technique you can use (works with 4.2.3) to handle these errors. I already posted a note about this but discovered that the old approach no longer works, and I had to rewrite it.
