PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: PHP_SELF not registered in win98 w/ omnihttp'd.
I used phpinfo() to obtain a nice list of variables, however PHP_SELF and SCRIPT_NAME were blank, so
I had no way of tellin the current page I was working with. I needed to rely on one of these
variables for proper functioning of my script.
O/S: Win98 4.10.2222 A
