There is a weird line in here too:

It's this one:
By default when executing make, both the CGI and CLI are built and placed as
sapi/cgi/php and sapi/cgi/php respectfully
The second path is wrong, and respectfully should be respectively.
But I'm glad the CLI is 'official' now! :)
