PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: Regex code still has debugging code writing to stderr
Regex code (reg.c) still has debugging code writing to stderr. It just
prints the regular expression being used as parameter. It is not useful
for anything and it is filling my (and others) error logs. Please remove
that for good.
