Description: Didn't compile in ttf-support
I have found a changing in the enable-flags:
this was in 4.0b1 -->> define HAVE_LIBTTF 1
now it is -->> define ENABLE_GD_TTF 1
But this flag is not set by "configure". I have inserted the new flag
and the TTF-functions are now working fine.
