PHP4.3.0 status of php4isapi.dll

Hi, There is a bug entry for my radius PECL. Someone reported that he has problems starting IIS with this extension loaded with PHP4.2.3. I tested it with PHP4.3.0 and it works fine, so can I recommend other people using the php4isapi.dll with php4.3.0 or not? Somewhere I read that with php 4.3.0 the php4isapi.dll is out of beta, is this true?
