PHP Bug Type: MySQL related
Bug description: MySQL module does not responding / loading (?)
Can't load MySQL module supplied with PHP Win32 binaries.
When included in PHP3.INI, produces errmsg: "unknown function mysql_*". When loaded
dynamically via dl(),
produces system errmsg that format of dll is illegal.
IO activity logger said that php.exe really refers to that dll: opened, read, closed...
No errors was logged into any logfiles (turned on).
This was on several Win98 machines (russian release), using different providers to download
installation kit, physically disconnected... The same result. But all OK on any Win95 / OSR / WinNT4
/ NT SP3 / NT SP4 I tried to turn into PHP.
All attempts to fix this problem via configfile was failed. HELP PLZ!
