Well, in Russia we use some beast called "Russian Apache", see
http://apache.lexa.ru/english/. It solves the problem..
and new browsers
(ie/nn 4.0, lynx as well) also can do charsets conversion by itself.
Of course, another solution might be Unicode, but Netscape/X11 crashes
almost every time on cyrillic UTF8 page (I suspect it misses real unicode
X11 fonts, so it have to use some strange looking "internal unicode font") :(
