I can not get PHP working

Hi. I'm new to PHP. I downloaded PHP from website and installed it so, how it was described in PHP-Documentation. But I can not get it working. I have Win98 and PSW. My PHP files are installed in Directory c:\program files\php3 In Directory c:\inetpub\wwwroot I have a file test.php3 with following text: **************************************** <html><head><title>Example</title> <body> <?php echo "Hi, I'm a PHP script!"; ?> </body></html> **************************************** My computername is George. Wenn I type "http://George/test.php3" in Netscape Navigator 4.5 I get following error (beneath you'll found translation from German): **************************************** HTTP Error 403 403.1 Forbidden: Execution access forbidden This error can be caused by attempt a CGI-, ISAPI- or other executable program execute from some directory, that doesn't allow the execution of programms. **************************************** What I'm doing wrong.
