Well you were maybe a good theoretical student but not a good practical student. It's not a question to know who is good or who isn't. I never say I was a good computer scientist and I don't really care. I'm just asking question about php, recursive function and if a little stack could create problem or no !? I don't start posting just for the hell of it, I was just trying to help to have the best PHP for the community. Bullshit. ASP has a similar limited and it's a computer language. If you need to run scripts that have 1 million nesting level than you shouldn't be using a scripting language and you should be using C, Fortran, or C++. If everyone is happy with the actual level of nesting and nobody can see a problem that could result from that then you'll tell it to me and I'll shut up.Andi's tone may have sounded a bit pissed, mainly because you were made it look as if the recursive call limit is what would determine whether PHP can be called a language or not, which is a couple of light years away from reality (it's nice to mention that there are many languages out there that don't even support recursive function calls; the very support of recursive function calls isn't a requirement for a language to be called a language). I'm sure no personal insults were intended... See my previous answer for what I think about what you said, practically.
