Hello HP-UXers,
I found that the configure script doesn't work correctly for compiling php3 on
HP-UX. There's a problem with the detection of the correct working of the
"const" keyword.
After running configure I manually changed config.h line 8
from --> #define const
to --> #define const const
and the "Inconsistent parameter list declaration" errors vanished.
I could compile php-3.0.12 both as CGI and as apache-module with warnings, but I
could compile.
