Bug description: Changes the name of the page before the web server serves it.
Whenever you try to load a .php page with 10 characters or less in it's name. It gives the
error 'Fatal error: Unable to open c:\w÷ in Unknown on line 0' or 'Fatal error:
Unable to open c:\wwwroot\index.php÷ in Unknown on line 0'.
It works perfectly with any page with more then 10 characters in it's name.
