The site you maintain at: http://www.pcarmrest.com is using code and graphics from the PHP site at http://www.php.net without permission. You can read the copyright notice that exists at the PHP site and all it's mirror sites here: http://www.php.net/COPYRIGHT.txt. I specifically refer you the third-last paragraph which states that the graphical elements, design and layout of the PHP site may not be copied in whole or in part. PHP is a high-profile web-development application, and the graphical elements of the PHP website, including the distinctive PHP logo, are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated, in whole or in part. I therefore request that you immediately change or remove from your site: a) the graphics taken and/or adapted from the PHP site, including your logo, b) the Javascript that changes the buttons during onMouseOver events, and c) the HTML taken from the PHP site that duplicates the PHP-copied "look" of your site. Thank you for giving this your immediate attention. Colin Viebrock PHP Project
