Dear Hamed,
Thank you for your interest in joining the translation efforts. You can
start right now by doing so, all you need is to use: http://edit.php.net
Login and choose the Arabic language. Pick any of the untranslated files
and have your way.
When you finish, please remember to set the progress and save. Contact me
or post in this list if you need any help or think your files need to be
committed to the system.
Regards,
Salah Faya
