Hello!
On page about fopen() function wich russian translation
(http://ru.php.net/manual/ru/function.fopen.php) I found a typo at
second paragraph:
"Если вы
вкдючили
безопасный
режим или
open_basedir,
накладываются
дальнейшие
ограничения."
Please replace
"вкдючили"
to
"включили".
