Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.imagecreate
---
I'm putting this here instead of a comment under on the doc page because of all the warnings
about what not to put there. Indeed, this seems like a better place.
Reload my patch? It is a tiny, tiny bug in the documentation. This is where you said you wanted
such stuff. No, it isn't fixed, because it is there, in the documentation. Where it will
probably remain.
If one does as you unconditionally suggest, and use imagecreattruecolor instead of imagecreate in
the process of taking a small image from a larger png, you will end up with a "truecolor"
image and no color map, and it is unlikely that is what you want. One also wastes a lot of time in
figuring this out.
Such suggestions should offer at least a modicum of rationalization. This one should be
conditional. Since I'm unsure why you make the suggestion, i can't come up with an
appropriate condition.
