This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
Thankyou for your input.

Log: #65509 discontinued package options removed from list

Description:
------------
Documentation links are not available for 2 of the "etpan" directives.
etpan.default.charset "utf-8" PHP_INI_ALL
etpan.default.protocol "imap" PHP_INI_ALL
http://php.net/manual/en/ini.list.php
Package "etpan" does not appear on the alphabetical list of PHP extensions.
http://www.php.net/manual/en/extensions.alphabetical.php
Nor does package "etpan" appear as a result from a PECL package search.
http://pecl.php.net/package-search.php
2008 post "About to discontinue work in pecl/etpan" suggests this extension may no longer
be supported.
http://php.itags.org/q_php_34959.html
Lacking documentation or evidence of an active "etpan" PHP extension, the two directives
should be removed from the "List of php.ini directives" page.
