Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/domelement.setattributens#refsect1-domelement.setattributens-description
---
The second parameter in the Description text for the method is mis-named "name", it should
be "qualifiedName" to match the variable name used in the parenthesis.
void DOMElement::setAttributeNS ( string $namespaceURI , string $qualifiedName , string $value )
------------
Sets an attribute with namespace namespaceURI and name [qualifiedName] to the given value. If the
attribute does not exist, it will be created.
