According to Google: http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aphp.net+"01-Jan-1970" Note that there are no results other than bug reports themselves. This is a mirror that I just added last week, so there may be a problem with their setup. The maintainer's name is Serz, and he's presently running 5.2.6.
