In english and in french (i can't verify in other langages) In french : "Attention, une URL valide ne doit pas spécifier le protocole HTTP http://, aussi, des validations ultérieures seront requises pour déterminer si l'URL utilise un protocole attendu" In english : "Beware a valid URL may not specify the HTTP protocol http:// so further validation may be required to determine the URL uses an expected protocol, e.g. ssh:// or mailto:." "may not" = "ne pourrait pas" But the doc (in french AND english) is not right and tell a wrong expected result. Url MUST use protocol. See Doc Bug #40675 but this part bug is not corrected.
