But I can't read chinese, can you see if you can read index of these files?

Steps:
1. Open the url in browser. http://cn2.php.net/get/php_enhanced_zh.chm/from/a/mirror
2. Download the help file "php_enhanced_zh.chm" and then open it.
3. Waiting for generating index file.
4. Click the "Index" tab.
5. Drag the scrollbar to the bottom.
